The New Center
Located just steps away from the freshman dorms and campus apartments, the students will now have a permanent space to meet friends, study, connect, and recharge in the first ever full-fledged Jewish student center at Rowan University.
While our current home has served as a wonderful first step, this new space will take Jewish life at Rowan to the next level. At 20,000+ square feet this new center will boast ample space to meet the needs of the growing Jewish community, and will attract many more Jewish students to Rowan University.

The center will include a large social hall for community gatherings and events, a warm student lounge for students to connect and wind down, a state of the art Kosher eatery, a synagogue, a Jewish research Library and meeting space, eight two bedroom apartments designed for Jewish living, a hospitality suite to host university guests and lecturers, administrative offices and more.

"This news is deeply disturbing — as an alum of @UDelaware and as an American. We need a full and swift investigation into what happened Tuesday night. With anti-Semitism on the rise across the country, we all have a moral obligation to speak out and give hate no safe harbor."
Senator Chris Coons
@ChrisCoons
"I am deeply saddened by the news that the Chabad Center at the University of Delaware was intentionally set on fire this week. As the police investigate this despicable crime further, my thoughts, prayers, and support are with our state’s Jewish community. I stand with you."
