A HOME AWAY FROM HOME
The appeal to students is simple; school is stressful, life is chaotic...gimme some normalcy. Chabad is a place where students feel accepted and welcomed 100% of the time -- 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. With our “leave your labels at the door” policy, it gives students the opportunity to unwind in a safe and comfortable environment whenever they need. Just like home.
OUR CURRENT SPACE
Chabad has been serving the Rowan community for 10 years and has been based out of the Loschak's home just off campus in the Chestnut Ridge Neighborhood . While this space has served as a great location for our first ten years, it no longer meets the needs of the growing community.
CHABAD GROWTH
Over the past ten years we have seen tremendous growth in our programming and student activity. From fitting around one table with just a handful of students for Shabbat dinner, we know can have 50 students cramming into our home. Holidays, social events, on campus lecturers, krav maga and so much more we are so excited to have our new space where we will be able to cater to more and more students!
